The Process
Egg Freezing

Eggs are retrieved from the ovaries via an out-patient procedure after ~2 weeks of hormonal stimulation. After screening, mature eggs are preserved through vitrification.
When ready, the eggs are thawed and fertilized in the future.
Embryo Freezing

Eggs are retrieved after ~2 weeks of hormonal stimulation. Mature eggs are fertilized and developed into embryos. They are then assessed and preserved through vitrification. When ready, the embryos are thawed and used for pregnancy.
IVF

In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) describes the process and techniques of fertility treatment through hormonal stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilisation, and embryo transfer. The process does not have to involve vitrification and is about assisting fertilization.
IUI

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) does not involve egg retrieval and instead sperm is directly inserted into the uterus during the woman's ovulation period.
It increases the quantity of healthy sperm reaching the egg and the chances of pregnancy.
Their Stories
“I didn’t expect it to be quite an emotional journey… I was glad I did not involve someone who I was not very committed with yet at the time.”
“I felt a strong sense of satisfaction and empowerment after the procedure.”
